Hey folks, how's everyone doing?

Lori is due now the first part of October and she is really showing.

Since I'm laid off right now and having no luck finding a job, I spend my days cleaning house and making the meals. Men don't ever let a women try and tell you that taking care of a house is a full time job!!! Know when the baby comes, well lets just say that I hope to have a different job by time that comes around.

I have signed up for a class at the community college and it might turn into a full blown degree that I end up getting if everything works out the way I would like it to.

I have had no luck what so ever finding another job. I'm to the point of factory work and discount stores!!! And still I can't get a job!!!

I might have a lead on a job. I hope I don't jinx it but I am suppose to get a call from the Dept. Head out at the Ind. Tech. Center sometime this weekend. I have already talked to the Dean at the tech center about a part time instructor position. I will not go into the details unless I get the job.

Lori is in the kitchen working on a 1,000 pc puzzle and we're both listening to the Mitch Albom show. The Mitch Albom show is pretty good, you should listen to it if you ever get a chance to.

Hey, a lot has happened since I had last written.

First off, the job that I was talking about back on the fourth of September, I did end up getting it. What it is, is a teaching position with the Scott Community College. I am hired through the Community College but I really teach High school students a metals class. The metals teacher that taught the high school last year retired and instead of the high school hiring another person to take his place, plus they were not equipped to well at the high school, they just bus the kids to the college to learn. Anyway that is what I am doing now. Its only a few hours a week so I am still scouting out a part time job, but hey it is a start and I enjoy doing it.

Today is the due date for little baby Nelson, and so far no sign of the little girl. I want to hold that baby soooo bad, but Lori will not give the kid up!!

The nursery is 100% done and the office is almost done, I just have some trim to finish off a shadow box that I built into the wall. I will try to get some pictures up here soon as I can so you can see. Meanwhile check out the Our house page to see some layouts of the new rooms.
